Return Policy:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Free of smoke, deodorant, make-up and perfume. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All items must be returned in store within 7 days of purchase.
Online orders: Send us an email to info@localstylehouse.com within 7 business days of receiving your order so we can approve the item you are returning.
After you receive approval, we will send you a shipping label to your email. Please return product in the same or similar packaging.
All items must be shipped to Local Style House Returns Department and postmarked within 7 calendar days of your email approval. We are not responsible for any packages lost or missing in the shipping process.
Refunds will be issued onto the original form of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damaged/Defective Items:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damage must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must be attached.
Please contact us immediately at info@localstylehouse.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area. Please include your first and last name and order number.

Due to limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges simply because we cannot guarantee that the item you are trying to exchange for will still be available when the return reaches our department.
